- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, & cash payments
- Appointment booking is done via company website only
- 20% of the booked appointment fee will be charged to the card on file in the event the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours from the scheduled time
- Any client arriving after 15 minutes from the appointment time, will have to reschedule
- It is recommended that parents wait in the waiting area while their child is being serviced
- Consultations must be booked for color and starter loc clients
- Any issues with a service must be reported within 24 hours of completion
- Hours of Operation: Wed- Thurs. 9am-2pm, Fri 9am-5pm
- High MANEtenance members are able to book outside of regular business hours
